RACES
Astronix is inhabited by 5 races, each of which has its own strengths and weaknesses, history and secrets.
Mavens are exiles. They were defeated during the last Great War and they lost everything. All other species decided to take advantage of their weakness and made them their slaves, but now they are fighting for their freedom and their main dream is to revive and inhabit their home planet Gera, which is in ruins now. They have a bonus of melee weapon proficiency and critical strike chance.
Atlanteans are a humanoid group of mages living on the planet of Atlantis. They are incredibly smart but arrogant as well. While they are living in luxury and for their own pleasure, the other planets and creatures are building up power and actively developing their industry but the Atlanteans don’t care. Whether that's good or bad it's not for us to decide. Since Atlanteans are mages, they have a bonus to magical damage.
Apes — without any doubt they are the most technologically advanced than all the others. Do not be surprised by their appearance (their home, the planet - Tazaria, a huge part of their world which is a dense jungle) but their mind surpasses everything. They are excellent hunters and have a bonus to ranged weapons.
Forts are tycoons from the planet Fortuna, they are not interested in anything but money. They buy and sell everything, whether it's a random Maven or a special kind of stick, it doesn't really matter to them. They have bonuses that increase the duration of potions and they have an advantage when buying and selling items.
Ksethes are harsh killers, their house is scorched by war and they don’t care who they fight against (those might be other races or their own, only from other tribes, and maybe even against their brother). The Ksethes are interested in nothing but killing. They have bonuses for strength and they accumulate rage really fast.
UNIQUE ABILITIES
All the creatures are different and have their own characteristics. Some are stronger, some are faster but each representative has its own ultimate; this is a special combat ability that allows you to turn the game around. Think well before choosing your hero.
MOBS
In addition to intelligent beings inhabiting the world of Astronix, harsh monsters inhabit it. Those are Whisperers and Urzes.
Urzes are hostile and destructive because they always move in packs led by their leader - Whisperer. They have no eyes and their flesh consists of stones and earth. Their sense of smell and touch is at the highest level, which is their main way to get information about the surrounding world. Their weapons are their razor-sharp teeth that are able to bite through anything and the lava they spray from their underbellies, setting fire to everything in their path. They are able to form fireballs with their bodies, head towards their opponents very quickly, and set them on fire. They move on all fours and eat all living things that come across to them. After the urz dies it turns into sand and ash.
Whisperer is similar to Urz but way more dangerous. It got its name from a whisper. And if someone hears him, the first recommendation is to run. The whisperer is very large, in addition to its teeth it has huge claws;his grip can break the bones of anyone. They can inflict horror upon anyone by their appearance alone.
